TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
VALIDITY
Rates are valid from date of signing until December 31, 2023.
GUARANTEED ROOM NIGHTS
Corporate ates shall apply with a minimum guarantee of 365 room nights per annum per apartment minimum of 10 apartments. Production of the company will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
If the production falls below minimum guarantee, APX Hotels Apartments will amend the rates to BAR rates for the entire duration of the stay.
RESERVATIONS
Room reservation is subject to availability at the time of booking request. Reservations are not confirmed until a written booking confirmation is sent by APX Hotels Apartments. Verbal confirmation or queries over the telephone are not considered a commitment and valid reservation.

BOOKING GUARANTEE
- Credit Card: A credit card authorization form will be sent and the card on file will be charged 100% of reservation a day prior to the arrival date. A credit card surcharge of 1% applies for Visa and Mastercard and 3% for AMEX and Diners cards at all APX Hotels Apartments. All charges must be settled on check-out by the guest.
- Electronic Fund Transfer: Proof of transfer must be sent to the Accounts Receivable office by email at [email protected] 48 hours prior arrival date.
- Credit: Company cheque is only available by prior arrangement, which will be subject to a credit application and approval of our Finance Team. Payment must be made 21 days after receipt of invoice; otherwise 6% interest shall accrue until payment is made.
In case of the approved credit facilities granted by the Hotel to the Company, a formal notice shall be issued by the Company stating that the Company shall guarantee the reservation, in addition to all services to be billed to the company in detail (e.g. parking, meals, etc.).
Reservations made without a Letter of Authorization may be released upon discretion of the hotel.
Upon check-in, Front Desk may require guests to guarantee their booking via cash or credit card until an official Letter of Authorization is received by the hotel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OCCUPANCY
All guests and their companions should check in at the Front Office. The number of occupants inside the room must be strictly followed; otherwise, an additional fee will be charged. Children below 2 years old are free of charge while 3 years and up are considered as 1 person.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
Standard Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and Standard Check out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out time will be charged accordingly and subject to availability.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW
Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to two-night’s accommodation. This also applies to no-show or failure to arrive at the hotel. Any booking changes must be advised 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalties.
