Standard Promotional weekly rates are expected to resume on January 2027, subject to availability and confirmation.

INITIAL PAYMENT REQUIREMENT

To secure booking, you may select one of the following payment arrangements:

Option 1 — Standard Payment Arrangement

• Two weeks’ accommodation charges in advance
• Two weeks’ accommodation charges as refundable security bond

After the initial payment, the remaining accommodation charges must be settled weekly, one week in advance, throughout the confirmed stay.

Mandatory weekly cleaning charges will apply throughout the stay.

Option 2 — Full Payment Arrangement

• Full payment for the confirmed stay, with a minimum booking of 30 consecutive nights
• Two weeks’ accommodation charges as refundable security bond

Mandatory weekly cleaning charges will apply throughout the stay.

SECURITY BOND

The security bond will be refunded after check-out, subject to the final apartment inspection and provided there are no damages, outstanding accommodation charges, cleaning fees, parking fees, or other incidental charges.
